Cyberpunk 2077, the highly anticipated next installment in the popular role-playing game series, will require at least 50GB of storage space on the Playstation 4 when it launches on April 16, 2020. This is more than double the space required for Cyberpunk 2077’s predecessor, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. The expansive world of Cyberpunk 2077 requires a lot of data to run smoothly. The game features open world environments with high resolution textures and detailed models, as well as an intricate story line that spans multiple regions. To create this immersive experience, CD Projekt RED relied on new technology called “Red Engine 4” which allows for greater flexibility and performance when it comes to creating large worlds. While 50GB may seem like a lot of space for a video game, it’s worth noting that Cyberpunk 2077 will also include a number of bonus features that aren’t included in the base game. These include an exclusive mission called “The World of Darkness” which takes players to an alternate version of Night City, and a new multiplayer mode called “Gangs of New York” which pits players against each other in a battle for control over key locations in the city. ..
