If you’re like most people, you probably take a lot of photos with your smartphone or digital camera. But if you want to access those photos in Lightroom, you may be out of luck. To get your photos into Lightroom, you first need to export them as a file format that Lightroom can read. The most common file format for photos is JPEG, but there are other formats too, like TIFF and PNG. To export your photos as a JPEG file, go to the File menu and select Export. In the Export dialog box, select JPEG from the Format list and click OK.
