If you’re like most PlayStation 4 owners, you probably rely on the PlayStation Network to keep your console up-to-date with new software and features. But if you don’t have an internet connection or if your PS4 is out of warranty, you can still update your console manually. Here’s how:

  1. Open the PlayStation Network app on your device.
  2. Click on the “Update Now” button in the top left corner of the main screen.
  3. Follow the prompts to update your PS4.
  4. When finished, close the PlayStation Network app and reboot your PS4 to take effect of the latest software updates!
