If you’re like most people, you probably use Adobe Illustrator to create logos, illustrations, and other graphics. But did you know that you can also use Illustrator to change settings related to color, fonts, and images? In this article, we’ll show you how to do just that. First things first: If you’re not already familiar with Illustrator’s menus and tools, we recommend that you read our beginner’s guide to Adobe Illustrator. Once you’ve got a basic understanding of the program, let’s get started changing settings. To change the color of an object in Illustrator, open the object’s Properties panel (Window > Properties). In the Properties panel, click on the Color button (the one with three circles). The Color Picker dialog box will open. From here, you can choose any color that your computer can display. (If your computer doesn’t have a lot of different colors available, it may default to a few pre-selected colors.) Click on OK when you’re done selecting a color. To change the font used in an object in Illustrator, open the object’s Properties panel (Window > Properties). In the Properties panel, click on the Font button (the one with two squares). The Font Picker dialog box will open. From here, you can choose any font that your computer can display.
