If you’re working in Illustrator and need to change the units of measurement, there are a few different ways to do it. The most common way is to go to the Units panel and select from the list of available units. However, if you need to change a specific unit but don’t want to go through the hassle of finding and selecting it from the list, there are also a few shortcuts you can use. The first shortcut is to use the keyboard shortcut Command+U (Mac) or Ctrl+U (Windows). This will open up the Units panel with all of the available units listed. To change the unit, just type in what you want into the text field next to Unit and press Enter/Return. If you only need to change one unit but don’t want to have to go through all of the hassle of finding and selecting it from the list, you can also use Illustrator’s Quick Access Toolbar. To access it, click on the toolbar located at the top right corner of your screen and select Quick Access Toolbar from its menu. Then, click on Units from its list of options. This will open up a dialog box where you can type in what you want into the text field next to Unit and press Enter/Return. ..
