If you’re ever going to clean a vinyl top on a car, it’s a good idea to do it in stages. First, take off the old vinyl and lay it down on the floor. Then use a vacuum cleaner to suck all of the dirt and dust off of the vinyl. Finally, use a hairdryer to dry the vinyl top.
