There are a few ways to clean air stones in an aquarium. One way is to use a vacuum cleaner with the hose attachment to suck the dirt and dust off of the stones. Another way is to use a plunger to suction onto the top of the stone and push and pull until all of the dirt and dust has been removed. Finally, one can use a wet cloth or a bucket filled with water to rinse off the stones.
