If you have Invisalign, it’s important to keep your teeth clean and free of bacteria. To clean your teeth, you will need to use a vinegar solution. To make the vinegar solution, you will need: 1 cup of water 1 tablespoon of white vinegar 1 teaspoon of baking soda 1 teaspoon of salt Toilet paper or a paper towel In a small bowl, mix together the water, vinegar, baking soda and salt. Pour this mixture over the dirty toothbrush. Gently brush the toothpaste off of your teeth using the back of your hand. Spit out any excess vinegar solution. Rinse your mouth with water and spit out any extra toothpaste. Repeat these steps as needed until all of your teeth are clean and free of bacteria.
