The PS4 slim fan is a small, lightweight fan that can be used to cool the console. To clean it, first remove the screws that hold the fan to the console. Then unscrew the top of the fan and remove it. Place the fan on a clean surface and screw back on the top of the fan. Replace the screws and reattach the top of the fan.
