When you buy a Playstation 4, you get a motion controller with it. This is a device that allows you to control the game play with your hands. There are different types of controllers, but the most popular type is the Playstation 4’s Dualshock 4 controller. To connect your motion controller to your Playstation 4, you will need to first make sure that it is properly plugged into your console. Once it is plugged in, press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds until you see a light come on in the bottom left corner of your screen. This confirms that the controller has been connected and is working correctly. Now go to the PlayStation4’s software installation folder and find “ PlayStation4/system/drivers/input/ps4_gamepads/.” Inside this folder, find your Dualshock 4 controller and drag it into the “Input” section of the file. Once it has been added, hit “OK” to finish installation. Now when you start up your Playstation 4, you will see that your Dualshock 4 controller is now connected and working correctly!
