Photoshop is a powerful image editor that allows you to create layers and sublayers. A layer is a group of images that are combined together to create a single image. You can also create masks to protect areas of your image from being edited. To create a layer in Photoshop, click on the New Layer button and then select the Image Formatting option. The Image Formatting option will allow you to choose the type of file you want to create your layer in: JPEG, PNG, or TIFF. If you want to save your layer as a PDF, you can click on the Save As button and then select the PDF Formatting option. Once you have chosen the format for your layer, click on the OK button and then click on the OK button again to close Photoshop.
