Neon colors are a popular trend in fashion and art, but they can be a bit tricky to create in Photoshop. In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to create neon colors using the Color Range tool and some basic color theory. To start, select the Color Range tool (C) and click on the green triangle in the toolbar to open the options menu. From here, select the “Neon” option and click on the OK button. Now, use the Color Range tool to select all of the green pixels in your image. Next, use the Eyedropper tool (I) to sample some of the blue pixels in your image and drag them over to fill in any gaps left by the green pixels. Finally, use the Blur filter (B) to soften any harsh edges created by your color range selection. You can experiment with different neon colors by changing these settings: hue, saturation, brightness and lightness. Be sure to play around with these until you get a color that you’re happy with! ..
