If you’re like most XCOM 2 players, you’ve probably amassed a sizable character pool over the course of your playthroughs. But what do you do when it’s time to delete a character? There are a few different ways to go about this, but the easiest is to head to the character selection screen and select “Delete Character.” This will prompt you to confirm your decision, and once it’s done, the character will be gone forever. If you’d rather not delete the character outright, you can instead choose to “Sell Character.” Doing so will put the character up for sale on the in-game market, where other players can bid on them or use them as part of their own squad.
