If you’re a Asana user, there’s a good chance you’ve used the Delete workspace command to remove a specific project from your work space. But what if you want to delete all of your work spaces, or just one? There’s an easier way to do this: use the Asana Preferences tool. This tool lets you manage all of your Asana preferences, including how many spaces are allowed to be in each work area, how long projects can be in a space, and more. To use the Preferences tool, open Asana and click on the Preferences button at the top left corner of the screen. Then click on the Edit workspace button. In the Edit workspace dialog, select All workspaces from the Work areas list and click on Delete. You’ll be asked for confirmation before deleting all of your work spaces. Once deleted, all of your projects will be moved to their new locations.
