If you own a 3DS system, there is a good chance that you have some Amiibo data stored on it. If you don’t want to keep these Amiibo data on your system, there are a few ways to delete them. The first way is to go into the System Settings and select the Storage option. Then, select the Amiibo data that you want to delete and click on the Delete button. The second way is to go into the System Settings and select the Data Storage option. Then, select the Amiibo data that you want to delete and click on the Delete button. The third way is to go into your 3DS’s Menu system and choose System Preferences > Security > Profiles > Data Storage >Delete All Data. This will delete all of your Amiibo data from your 3DS system.
