If you’re a Spotify user on Mac, there’s a good chance you’ve heard of the deletion feature. This is a handy way to get rid of any old music you’ve added to your account without having to go through the hassle of deleting it all by hand. To use the deletion feature, first open up your Spotify app and sign in. Then, under “Settings,” select “Delete files.” Once you’ve chosen this option, you’ll be asked to confirm your deletion. After clicking on “Delete files,” Spotify will start deleting all the music in your account. If everything goes according to plan, you’ll eventually receive an email notification telling you that all the music in your account has been deleted. If not, make sure you have backed up your Spotify data before deleting any files!
