If you’re a Twitch moderator, you know that deleting messages can be a tedious task. Here are four tips to make the process easier.

  1. Use the Message List The Message List is a handy tool that Twitch provides for moderators to manage their messages. It’s located in the bottom left corner of your screen and lists all of the messages that have been sent to you as a moderator. To delete a message, simply click on it and select “Delete Message” from the menu that pops up.
  2. Use Quick Links If you frequently need to delete multiple messages at once, Quick Links can help make your life easier. When you hover your mouse over a message in the Message List, a small blue arrow will appear next to it. Click on this arrow and select “Quick Delete” from the menu that pops up. This will automatically delete all of the messages associated with that message in one go.
  3. Use Bulk Actions If deleting multiple messages at once is too time-consuming or difficult, consider using Bulk Actions instead. Bulk Actions are special buttons that Twitch provides for moderators to quickly execute certain tasks on their channel (like deleting all of the messages). To use them, first click on the Bulk Actions button located in the top right corner of your screen (it looks like three lines stacked on top of each other). Then, select “Delete Messages” from the menu that appears next. This will automatically delete all of your messages from your channel in one go! ..
