If you are a Verizon customer and have your messages stored on the Verizon Cloud, there are a few steps you can take to delete them. First, open the Verizon Cloud app and sign in. Then, click on the “Delete Messages” button. Next, select the type of message you want to delete and click on the “Delete” button.
