If you are a Verizon customer and have an account on the Verizon Cloud, then you can delete messages by going to the My Verizon Cloud page and clicking on the “Delete Messages” button. If you are not a Verizon customer and have an account on the Verizon Cloud, then you can not delete messages by going to the My Verizon Cloud page and clicking on the “Delete Messages” button.
