If you’re a Verizon customer and have an account with the company, you can delete music from your account using the “Delete Music” button on your account settings page. If you’re not a Verizon customer and don’t have an account, you can find the “Delete Music” button on your phone’s main menu. To delete music from Verizon Cloud:

  1. Log in to your Verizon Cloud account.
  2. Click on the “Delete Music” button on your account settings page.
  3. Follow the prompts to delete the music from your account.
