There are a few things you can do to delete deeply held beliefs and opinions that have been with you for a long time.

  3. Talk to other people about your beliefs and see if anyone has any similar convictions or experiences that they can share with you. This will help you to form a more accurate understanding of what is going on in your mind and how it might impact your life in some way.
