It’s free and easy to use, and it has a lot of features that make it a great choice for small businesses and individual users. That’s because Facebook Messenger doesn’t have a suggestion feature. That means if you want to add a feature to your messaging app that would be available on other platforms, you’ll need to create a separate account on those platforms and then send the feature request to the developers there.
