If you’re a Genshin Impact player on PlayStation 4, there’s a good chance you’ve lost your account. If you’re not sure how to delete your account, here’s how:

  1. Log into your PlayStation 4 account and click on the “Accounts” tab.
  2. Scroll down and click on the “Genshin Impact” account name.
  3. Click on the “Delete Account” button.
  4. Your Genshin Impact account will be deleted and you’ll need to create a new one if you want to continue playing the game.
