If you’re looking to add a bit of extra pizzazz to your illustrations, then you might want to try out the stipple effect. This technique can be used to create a variety of effects, from subtle highlights to more dramatic textures. To do a stipple effect in Illustrator, first make sure that the Stroke panel is open. Then, select the Pen tool and set the width to around 2px. Next, click and drag your cursor over the area that you want to affect. As you drag, Illustrator will create small dots along the path that you’ve created. Once your path is complete, release your mouse button and then select the Stipple option from the Stroke panel menu. You can now adjust various settings such as intensity and offsetting. Once you’re happy with your results, simply save them as a new file or close out of Illustrator altogether. ..
