If you’re a PlayStation 4 owner and have any of the game software installed on your system, you can downgrade it to a lower level if you need to. This is done by going into the PlayStation 4’s settings and selecting “System Settings.” There, under “Software Update,” you’ll find a list of available software updates. By clicking on one of these updates, you’ll be taken to a page where you can select which version of the software to downgrade to. If you’re downgrading from an older version of the software, be sure to back up your data first! Older versions of the PlayStation 4 software can’t run new versions of games or applications that have been released since they were last updated.
