When exporting crop marks in Photoshop, be sure to follow these tips:

  1. Choose the correct resolution for your image. If your image is smaller than the default resolution, you’ll need to use a higher resolution to get the desired results. For example, if your image is a JPEG, choose a resolution of at least 300 dpi. If your image is larger than the default resolution, you’ll need to use a lower resolution to get the desired results. For example, if your image is a PNG, choose a resolution of at least 72 dpi.
  2. Choose an appropriate file format for your images. If you’re exporting images as JPEGs or PNGs, make sure they are in the same file format as your original images. If not, Photoshop will create problems when trying to open and process them later on. For example, if you exported an SVG file as PNGs and then wanted to convert it into JPEGs using Adobe Illustrator’s converter tool, you’ll need to convert it first before exporting it as a crop mark!
