Text can be flattened in Illustrator using the Flatten command. This command flattens all the text in a document, including the text itself, any images that are used within the document, and any other objects that are included within the document. The flattened text is then stored in a new file called “flattened.txt.” To use the Flatten command, first open Illustrator and create a new document. Then use the following steps to flatten all of your text:
- Open the Flatten command and click on one of your text pieces.
- Once you have clicked on theFlatten button, Illustrator will start to flatten all of your text into one big file.
- Once everything has been flattened, you will need to save this file as “flattened.txt.”
