There are a few things you need before you can fold a car cover. The first is a piece of paper that is large enough to fit all the information you will need to fold the cover. You will also need some scissors, a straight edge, and some fabric glue.

  1. Start by folding the top of the paper in half so that it forms two equal panels. This will create the bottom of your car cover.
  2. Cut out two circles from your fabric glue and place them on either end of one of the folded top panels. Make sure that they are even with each other and that their centres are touching (this is important).
  3. Now cut out four more circles from your fabric glue and place them around the outside of each of the four circles created in step 2. Make sure they are even with each other and that their centres are touching too (again, this is important).
  4. Finally, cut out two long pieces of fabric from your fabric glue and place them on either end of one or both ends of each piece created in step 3 (you may want to make these longer if you plan on using them as straps). Make sure they are long enough to reach all the way around your car cover!
