If you’re like most people, you probably don’t think much about how to fold a car window shade. After all, it’s just a piece of fabric that goes over the window. But if you want to keep your car cool in the summer and warm in the winter, folding your window shade is a good way to do it. Here’s how:

  1. Open the door of your car and get inside.
  2. Look for the sun visor on the front of your windshield and find the shade adjustment knob. Turn it so that the shade is fully open.
  3. Fold up one side of the shade until it’s about an inch from the top of the window frame, then unfold it so that it covers half of the window. Do this with both sides of the shade.
  4. Put your hand inside one end of each side of the shade and pull them tight against each other so that they cover both sides of the window completely. Make sure there are no wrinkles in either side of the shade when you’re done! ..
