If you’re hoping to add twins to your Sims 4 game, there are a few things you need to know. First and foremost, you’ll need the Expansion Pack “The Sims 4 Get Together” which was released on September 5th, 2018. Secondly, you’ll need two copies of the game – one for your main Sim and one for your twins. Finally, if you want to have twins with different genders, you will also need two copies of the game – one for each Sim. Once you have all of the necessary items, it’s time to get started!
