If you’re like most people, you probably have an auxiliary port in your car. This is a small, inconspicuous spot on the dashboard where you can plug in a power cord to charge your phone or other devices. But if you’re ever driving in a hurry and don’t have time to get to the store, or if your car has no auxiliary port, there’s a good chance that you won’t be able to charge your devices. In that case, you’ll need to install an auxiliary port in your car. Here’s how:
- Open the door of your car and remove the battery cover.
- Look at the bottom of your car and find two small screws (or three if your car has a power outlet at the back). These screws are located near the Auxiliary Port Cover on the left side of your car.
- Place one screw into each hole on top of the Auxiliary Port Cover and screw it back onto the bottom of your car.
- Replace the battery cover and close the door of your car.
