There are a few things you can do to help isolate an image in Photoshop. The first is to use the Image > Clear command. This will remove all the color from the image, leaving only black and white. The second is to use the Image > Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur. This will blur the image but keep it in focus. Finally, you can use the Image > Filter > Sharpen > Radius. This will sharpen the image but leave it in focus.
