Making a car dolly is a simple process that can be done in a few minutes. The first step is to cut the bottom of the dolly from the car. Next, cut two circles out of the plastic and place them on either side of the bottom of the dolly. Finally, cut two pieces of plastic about twice as wide as the circles and place them over the top of the circles. Now, screw each piece of plastic into place so that it forms a stable base.
