There are a few ways to make a diagonal grid in Photoshop. The easiest way is to use the Grid tool, which is located at the bottom of the tools palette. To create a grid, click on the first row of pixels in your image and drag it to the left or right. The grid will be created in two parts: the top part will be centered on your image, while the bottom part will be off-center. To delete a row or column, click on it and then select Delete from the menu that appears.
