If you’re looking to add a bit of interest or dimension to your images, then a metal gradient is a great way to go. In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to create a metal gradient in Photoshop using various filters and techniques. To start, open up your image in Photoshop and select the Gradient tool (G). From the Options bar, select the type of gradient you want to create and choose the colors you want to use. For our example, we’ll use three colors: blue, green, and black. To create our metal gradient, first click on the blue color in the middle of our gradient and then click on the black color at either end of the gradient. Next, drag each color towards the center of the Gradient tool (G) until they meet in the middle. Finally, release (Ctrl/Cmd+D) your mouse button and Photoshop will automatically fill in any gaps with transparent pixels. As you can see, creating a metal gradient is easy – all you need is some basic knowledge of Photoshop filters and techniques! ..
