There are a few ways to make an empty rectangle in Photoshop. The easiest way is to use the Rectangle tool and click on the bottom-left corner of the rectangle. Then, drag the rectangle up or down to create a new shape. Another way is to use the Pencil tool and draw a line across the top of the rectangle. Then, use the Rectangle tool to make a copy of that line and draw another line across it, creating a double rectangles.
