If you want to open a photo in Lightroom, you first need to find it. You can do this by opening the Library module and clicking on the Photos tab, or by using one of the search tools. Once you’ve found the photo you want to open, click on it to select it. To open the photo in Lightroom, click on the Open button (the three lines in a triangle) located at the bottom left corner of the window. This will bring up a dialog box where you can choose which program to open the photo with. If you have Adobe Photoshop installed on your computer, Lightroom will offer to open the photo with that program instead. If you don’t have Adobe Photoshop installed on your computer, or if you want to open the photo with another program, click on Open With and select one of the options that appears in this dialog box. The most common option is to choose File > Open as > Photo from your computer’s file system. This will bring up a dialog box where you can browse for and select a file from your computer’s hard drive. Another option is to choose File > Open as > Image File from Online Services. This will bring up a dialog box where you can enter an URL address for an image that’s hosted online (for example, www.123rf.com). If you’re having trouble opening a photo in Lightroom, there are several things that might be wrong: You may not have installed all of the necessary programs required for opening photos with Lightroom; there may be too many files associated with the photo; or there may be problems with how Windows handles file associations (for example, if someone else has used your computer recently and opened files associated with photos that are currently stored in Lightroom). In any case, if opening a photo doesn’t work after trying all of these options, please let us know at support@lightroomsoftware.com ..
