But how do you quickly select an object in Photoshop? There are a few different ways to do this. The easiest way is to use the Quick Selection tool (Q). To use the Quick Selection tool, first make sure that the Mode bar is set to Select. Then, click and hold down the mouse button on an object that you want to select. When the cursor changes into a crosshair, release the mouse button and drag it over the object that you want to select. The object will be selected as long as it’s within the crosshair boundaries.
