There are a few ways to remove paragraph symbols from Illustrator. The easiest way is to use the shortcut keys (F5, F6, etc.) to select the symbol and then press the Delete key. Another way is to use the command line interface (cmd) and type: x /Y /C /V “Paragraph Symbol” This will remove all paragraph symbols from the document.
