First, open the graphic in Photoshop. Next, select the area that you want to remove the sample points from. To do this, click and hold down your mouse button on an area of the graphic that you want to select. Then drag your mouse over the area that you want to select. When the selection marquee appears, release your mouse button. Next, choose Edit > Delete Sample Points…. The Delete Sample Points dialog box will appear.
