There are a few things you can do to remove urine from a car seat. The first is to use a plunger. Put the plunger over the top of the urine and push and pull until the urine comes out. The second is to use a vacuum cleaner with the hose attachment. Put the vacuum cleaner over the top of the urine and turn it on. The suction will pull the urine out of the seat.
