If your car DVD player has stopped working, it’s time to reset it. This is a simple process that can fix many problems with your player.

  1. Open the door of your car and remove the battery cover.
  2. Remove the screws that hold the player to the car body.
  3. Lift up the player and remove it from the car.
  4. Place the new battery cover on top of the old one and screw it in place.
  5. Replace all of the screws that hold the player to the car body, making sure they are in tight locations.
  6. Replace any broken parts if necessary.
