When you want to resize a magazine cover in Photoshop, you’ll need to first select the cover you want to resize. Then, you’ll need to click on the Edit button and then on the Resize tool. Once you’ve selected the size of the cover that you want to resize, click on the Resize button. Once you’ve resized the cover, your magazine will look much different than before.
