If you want to resize an overlay in Photoshop, you first need to create a new layer and name it “overlay.” Then, select the overlay and click on the resize button at the bottom of the Layer palette. When you resize an overlay, Photoshop will change the size of the overlay so that it is more or less centered on your screen. You can also use the arrow keys to move the overlay around.
