If you’re like most people, you probably use Photoshop to create graphics and illustrations. But if you’re like me, you also use it to create layers. Layers are a great way to organize your photos, text, and other files so that they look more organized and professional. To rotate a layer in Photoshop CC, follow these steps:
- Choose the layer you want to rotate.
- Click the Rotate button on the toolbar.
- The Rotate dialog box will appear.
- In the Top row of the dialog box, select an angle (clockwise or counterclockwise) that you want your layer to rotate around. The available angles are ±5 degrees (0 degrees is default).
- Click OK to return to the Rotate dialog box and change the angle if necessary.
