If you’re like most people, you probably use Photoshop to create graphics and illustrations. But if you’re like me, you also use it to create layers. Layers are a great way to organize your photos, text, and other files so that they look more organized and professional. To rotate a layer in Photoshop CC, follow these steps:

  1. Choose the layer you want to rotate.
  2. Click the Rotate button on the toolbar.
  3. The Rotate dialog box will appear.
  4. In the Top row of the dialog box, select an angle (clockwise or counterclockwise) that you want your layer to rotate around. The available angles are ±5 degrees (0 degrees is default).
  5. Click OK to return to the Rotate dialog box and change the angle if necessary.
