There are a few things you can do to take off the top of a Playstation 4. The first is to unscrew the four screws that hold the top in place. Then, use a Phillips screwdriver to pry the top off. Once it’s off, you can remove the two screws that hold it in place on either side of the console. Be careful not to damage the console or its components.
