Illustrator is a great tool for tracing portraits. You can use it to create a rough drawing of the person you want to portrait, and then use the tools in the menu to make the final drawing. To start, select the Tools palette and then click on Sketch. In Sketch, you can use any of the tools that are available in Illustrator. For example, you can use the Pen tool to draw lines or curves, or the Brush tool to paint in details. When you’re finished sketching your portrait, select File > Save As and name your file after your subject’s name. For example, if you’re sketching a portrait of a woman, she might be named “Woman.”
