If you’re like most people, you probably use your Android phone and computer to communicate. But if you want to keep all of your contacts on one device, there are a few steps you can take to make that happen.
First, create a new folder on your computer called “contacts.” This will be where all of your contact data will live. Next, create a new file in this folder called “android_contact.xml.” This file will contain all of the information needed to transfer contacts between your Android phone and your Macbook.
The first thing you’ll need is the contact list from your Android phone. You can find it in the “settings” section of your phone’s main screen. Once you have it, open it up and copy the following text into the “android_contact.xml” file:
