But if you’re like me, you also use it to make goofy drawings of your friends and family. Well, I’m here to tell you that there’s no need to be embarrassed about your crop marks. In fact, they can actually be a really helpful tool when it comes to creating high-quality graphics. Here’s how to turn on crop marks in Illustrator:
- Open the file that you want to use for your crop marks.
- Select the object or objects that you want to include in the crop marks. You can do this by clicking on them or by using the Selection tool (A).
