I’ve been playing games on my PlayStation 4 for years and never had a problem like this before. My controller would disconnect randomly, sometimes for no reason at all, and I would have to restart the console to get it back. I took it to my local PlayStation store and they said that it was probably because of the new firmware update that came out a few weeks ago. They recommended that I try resetting the controller and they said that it might fix the problem. I reset the controller and after a few minutes my game would start up again but now my controller wouldn’t connect to my PlayStation 4 anymore. I was really frustrated because I loved using my PlayStation 4 controllers and now I couldn’t play any of my games because of this issue.
